Shipping policy
Thanks for shopping with Me&Z! Our tees and apparel are printed to order and shipped from the United States by our print partner, Printify.
Shipping rates for tees and apparel
- United States: a flat US$4.95, or free on orders of US$75+.
- United Kingdom: a flat £4.99, or free on orders of £60+.
- Australia and other countries: calculated at checkout.
Made-to-order tees and apparel
Every tee is printed in the USA after you order by our print partner, Printify. Printing usually takes 2–5 business days. Delivery after printing usually takes:
- United States: 2–5 business days (printed in the USA)
- United Kingdom: 7–15 business days
- Australia: 7–15 business days
- Rest of world: 10–25 business days
Got a bachelorette, bachelor party or wedding coming up? Please order early: at least 2 weeks ahead in the US and 4 weeks ahead elsewhere.
Duties and taxes
US sales tax and UK VAT are shown at checkout where they apply. For other countries, any import duties or taxes are payable by you.
Tracking
You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as each parcel is on its way.
Getting your address right
Please double-check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us at info@meandz.net straight away. We can usually fix it before printing starts, but not once it has shipped. If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address, we'll happily resend it; we may just need to charge the shipping again.
Lost or late parcels
If your tracking hasn't moved for 7 business days, or it says delivered but nothing has arrived, email us at info@meandz.net with your order number. We'll chase it up and, if it's lost, send a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
